First, I wanted to thank you all so much for your support and kindness that you've shown me over this journey.
For some background on what's led me to this decision I thought it would be best to start at the beginning...
I was born in Vancouver but raised in the United States, where my parents moved their pasta machinery business, Arcobaleno, from Vancouver to Pennsylvania.
I moved back to Vancouver, B.C. in 2015 to pursue a degree in Food Science at the University of British Columbia.
Following graduation, I began selling my very own fresh pasta at the UBC Farm Farmers Market and from there expanded into other farmers markets across Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver area. I've learned so much through this community and it has been such a pleasure to get to know all of you while doing something I enjoy dearly.
This year has been tough for many and has put a lot into perspective. With my entire immediate family being located in the United States, I have decided to pursue work there, as well as bring Elena's Pasta along with me.
With that being said, this month will be our last. You can check out the Where to Find Us tab above to see where our last markets of the season will be located.
I'm looking forward to staying connected with the community & the future visits to come ❤︎
